Welcome to zakklemmer.com (the “Site”), operated by Zak Arthur Klemmer PLLC (“Zak Klemmer,” “we,” “us”). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
Zak Klemmer is a licensed real estate salesperson in Arizona (ADRE License SA702935000) affiliated with simpliHOM, the designated broker. Real estate services are provided through simpliHOM.
2. Information only, not professional advice
Content on this Site, including neighborhood descriptions, school information, maps and market comments, is for general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, lending or inspection advice. Please consult the appropriate licensed professional before making decisions.
3. Accuracy of information
We work to keep information current, but it is deemed reliable and not guaranteed. Property details, school boundaries, prices, availability and neighborhood facts can change. Please verify anything important independently.
4. No agency relationship
Using this Site, emailing, calling or booking an appointment does not by itself create an agency or client relationship. An agency relationship begins only through a written agreement signed with simpliHOM, as required by Arizona law.
5. Appointments and communications
Booking requests made through our Google Calendar page are requests, not confirmed appointments, until we confirm them. If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by call or text about your real estate inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
6. Third-party sites and services
The Site links to or embeds services run by others, including Google Maps, Google Calendar, YouTube and VRBO. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.
7. Short-term rental information
Information about Artist’s Secret Garden is provided for convenience. Reservations, payments, cancellations and house rules are handled through VRBO under VRBO’s terms.
8. Intellectual property
The text, photos, logos and design of this Site belong to Zak Arthur Klemmer PLLC or are used with permission. You may share links to the Site, but you may not copy, republish or use its content commercially without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, scraping it with automated tools, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Equal housing opportunity
We are committed to the letter and spirit of U.S. and Arizona fair housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin or any other protected class.
11. Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Pima County, Arizona.
