Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information zakklemmer.com (the “Site”) collects and how Zak Arthur Klemmer PLLC (“we,” “us”) uses it. We keep it simple: this Site has no sign-up forms and does not use advertising or analytics tracking.
1. Information you give us
When you email, call, text or book an appointment, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the homes or neighborhoods you’re interested in. Appointments booked through our Google Calendar page are handled by Google, and we receive the details you enter there.
2. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web host (Bluehost) automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the time of your visit. This is used for security and to keep the Site running. We do not use this information to identify you or to advertise to you.
3. Cookies
The Site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set a small number of functional cookies, mainly for site administrators who are logged in. Embedded services, such as Google Maps, may set their own cookies when they load. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
4. How we use your information
- To answer your questions and schedule appointments
- To send you listings or information you’ve asked for
- To provide real estate services through simpliHOM, including preparing documents and coordinating with lenders, title and escrow companies when you become a client
- To meet legal, licensing and record-keeping requirements
5. Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or tell us you’d prefer not to be called. We do not sell or share your phone number for marketing.
6. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With simpliHOM, our brokerage, as needed to provide real estate services
- With parties involved in your transaction (for example, lenders, title and escrow, inspectors or the other agent) when you ask us to or a transaction requires it
- With service providers who help us run our business, such as our email, calendar and website hosts
- When required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others
7. Third-party services
The Site embeds or links to Google Maps, Google Calendar, YouTube and VRBO. When you use them, their own privacy policies apply. See Google’s privacy policy and VRBO’s privacy policy on vrbo.com.
8. How long we keep information
We keep your information as long as needed to help you and to meet Arizona real estate record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or securely stored.
9. Security
The Site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Your choices
You may ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing zak@zakklemmer.net. Some records must be kept by law.
11. Children
This Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
